IMPORTANT – COVID-19 Exposure at Holy Spirit

Dear Parishioners

ACT Health has confirmed that a COVID-19 case attended Holy Spirit Parish Church while unknowingly infectious during the Good Shepherd First Eucharist ceremony on Friday 19 November 2021 at 6:00pm.

ACT Health has worked with us to assess the situation. This includes tracing where the people went and who they may have had contact with during these times.

ACT Health has determined that everyone who attended this service is considered a close contact.

This means that if you or your child attended this service, you will need to quarantine immediately, get tested and follow the instructions on the ACT COVID-19 website. Quarantine and testing requirements vary depend on whether you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, so please read the instructions carefully.

You will also need to complete the ACT Contact Declaration Form.

ACT Health encourages everyone to continue to monitor closely for symptoms of COVID-19. If anyone in your home has symptoms of COVID-19, no matter how mild, get them tested immediately at one of the ACT COVID-19 testing sites. There’s a list below.
