Dear Parishioners,
Over the last two months while I have been settling in, I have noticed how dedicated our Parish office team are, and how hard they work. We are all aware of the size of the Holy Spirit Parish, and how busy it can get. At present we are one team member down “Parish Sacramental Coordinator” and I am working on trying to fill that position.
Before I do, I thought it may be timely to review the operating hours of our Parish Office.
To help the team get through the enormous work I have decided to have a change in the opening hours of the office for a six weeks trial period.
Starting Tuesday 14 March the office “OPENING HOURS” will be Tuesday to Friday 9.00am till 1.00pm from 1.00 to 3.00 the staff will have two hours dedicated to answering emails and other administrating duties.
Please feel free to leave a message on the answering machine and the team will get back to you early the next day. From Tuesday for urgent “priestly matters only” between 1pm and 3pm, please call 0418 621 020.
